Privacy Policy

Likuid Studios is a design and development studio based in San Jose, California, operated by Rivera Reserve Group LLC (“Likuid”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit likuidstudios.com or get in touch, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we use it only to talk with you and run this site, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email us or use our project form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, phone number if you give one, what you need, your budget and ideal launch if you choose them, and anything you write about the project. If you book a call, we also receive the time you pick.
• Technical data. Like almost every website, our hosting provider processes standard request data — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when — to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We also use your IP address for a moment to limit spam on our inquiry form; we don’t keep it for that purpose.
• Visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and it shows us totals only: the pages viewed, the buttons and links tapped, the site that sent you, your country, and your type of device, browser and operating system. It can’t tell us who you are, and it doesn’t follow you to other sites.

In the terms California law uses, that is identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), professional information (your company and project) and internet activity (request data and visit counts). It comes from you directly or, for request data, from your browser. We don’t collect sensitive personal information, and we don’t use what we collect to make automated decisions about you.

Beyond those visit counts, we don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies (see our Cookies Policy), and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To reply to you and discuss or deliver the work you ask about — including a call or text about your inquiry if you gave us a phone number.
• To schedule and hold any call you book.
• To run, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: taking steps you ask for before a possible contract (replying to your inquiry and booking your call), our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us operate, acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and visit counts), Resend (delivering project-form messages to our inbox), and Google (our email, the spreadsheet where we keep track of inquiries, and the calendar and Google Meet link for any call you book — Google sends you the invitation). We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or give it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence, inquiry records and calendar entries for as long as the conversation — and any project that follows — needs them, then delete or archive them as our legal and accounting obligations allow. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — we don’t sell or share it — and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to restrict or object to how we use your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@likuidstudios.com. We may need to confirm it’s you, usually by replying from the address you used with us. Someone you authorize can also make a request for you. We’ll answer within the time the law allows — 45 days under California law, one month under the GDPR — and if we can’t do what you ask, we’ll tell you why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider.

Because we don’t track visitors, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here — there’s nothing to switch off.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Security and location

We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it — though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers process information in the United States. If you write to us from outside the US, your information is transferred there; our providers offer safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
